The breakfast was satisfactory with cheese, hot meal and the Turkish coffee, and had all you need. The staff was amazingly great, they provided an excellent service. I had fairly nice experience and would stay here again.
Even though everything was wonderful, some of the staff were very grumpy.

The staff were attentive. The breakfast was a standout feature, with a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Turkish options that brightened my mornings. The view from my room provided a charming perspective of the quiet street.
The wifi connection was unreliable at times, causing some inconvenience while trying to plan outings.

Good location with lovely bar overlooking the sea. Well positioned for the old town and main tourist sites.
When we arrived they claimed we’d only booked single rooms, rather than the doubles stated on our paperwork. It took an hour of complaining before they finally found us the rooms we’d booked.

We loved our room, on the first floor old building with little balcony. Lovely views. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Good sound proofing with neighbours. Great terrace and good restaurant upstairs. Excellent breakfast.
Tiny bathroom, we did not mind, but large people might. Trains very close and noisy at the rear ( where the best views are) so people should be told to take ear plugs as we did and were fine.

It was in a very good location and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpul with every challenge we presented. It was a nicely designed hotel with some interesting touches. The illuminated headboards being a prime example.
Despite being well designed the maintainance of the rear exterior paintwork was unfortunate. Also whilst a small balcony was a bonus the nearby residents houses we immediately overlooked could be off putting for some.Particularly the kitchen chimney opposite which belched out smoke time from time.Having said that it did connect us to the reality and ethnicity of Istanbul.

A friendly and accommodating atmosphere set the stage for a good experience, with staff members like Cengiz and Dilik providing really good service. The room offered a fantastic view, and the hotel's location made it easy to reach notable attractions within walking distance. Breakfast quality fell short of expectations, and a specific room request was not honored, resulting in some inconvenience. Despite these issues, the homemade marmalade at breakfast was a highlight, showcasing the effort put into food offerings.

Very helpful reception staff. Attentive to some minor requests I made. Very nice location for seeing major tourist sites.
We were assigned a room on the ground floor with the sole view being that of an adjacent building that was decrepit and uninhabitable. "Hot" foods at breakfast were cold.
